Ayeisha Kone-Massouma

A hands-on project manager with a natural ability to connect with people, Ayeisha is known for being present, approachable and engaged.

Currently studying quantity surveying at university, she’s building knowledge in architecture, building surveying, construction technology, contract law, contact administration and environmental services alongside her day-to-day work.

Her specialism sits in high-end residential, education and healthcare projects, where details matter and the outcomes impact people. She coordinates, plans, reports on progress, manages risk and takes ownership of her project responsibilities.

Valued for going above and beyond the brief, Ayeisha takes time to understand the brief, her clients and their ambitions and priorities. She is particularly motivated by projects that deliver community benefit, support sustainability targets and contribute to a lower-carbon future. Creating spaces that future generations will use.

Beyond her projects, she build relationship across the industry and actively supports outreach engagement and EDI initiatives. Organising and hosting her own events, she is a consistent advocate for the profession.

Ayeisha is a Trustee of Cambridge Science Centre, sits on the Youth Advisory Group and is an ambassador for Form the Future.
